Ara Grigoryan elected as Chairman of Union of Armenian Brandy MakersFebruary 23, 2011 - 16:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Executive Director of Yerevan Brandy Company Ara Grigoryan was elected to the post of Chairman of the Union of Armenian Brandy Makers during the union’s constituent meeting. Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan noted during the meeting that the Union will be an open structure for all the companies operating in the field. He added that the government will provide consultation to the union, as well as coordinate the problems faced by the field, the press service of the RA Ministry of Economy reported. Davtyan added that the post of the Union’s Chairman is rotational. The constituent agreement of the union was signed by 12 companies dealing with Armenian brandy production.
