Paper: governmental candidate grabs 90% of votes in constituency 32

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to preliminary data, highest voting result by majority system in May 6 parliamentary elections was recorded in constituency 32, Hraparak paper says.

Former head of the presidential administration Karen Karapetyan secured 90 per cent of votes in this constituency, while four other candidates got 10 per cent in total, the paper reports.

“Independent candidate Artak Mirzoyan comes second, representative of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) Nairi Aroyan is ranked third, and Ofelya Vahanyan 5th,” Hraparak says.

Candidate Anushavan Nikoghosyan who recently complained that he was not allowed to place his posters during the election campaign, came fourth, according to the paper.
