  Ararat Bank schedules IPO for fall June 19, 2012 - 16:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ararat Bank CJSC gets ready for conduction of an initial public offering (IPO) in Armenia’s information market, the bank’s executive director said. Ararat Bank is holding the fifth meeting of stockholder on June 19. Ashot Osipyan further noted that the IPO is scheduled for late September - early October.
