Parliament vice-speaker to lead observer mission at NKR presidential polls

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 18, Armenian parliament delegation will travel to Nagorno Karabakh as a part of an observer mission to monitor July 19 parliamentary poll in the Republic. The delegation will be led by parliament vice speaker Eduard Sharmazanov, National Assembly press service reported.

3 candidates to run for NKR presidency are: current leader Bako Sahakyan; NKR MP, ex-deputy defense minister Vitaly Balasanyan; Armenian State Agrarian University’s Stepanakert Subsidiary pro-rector Arkady Soghomonyan.
