PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Minsk Group currently aims to reduce tensions between Nagorno Karabakh conflicting parties, following contact line incidents in June, as well as Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov’s extradition and pardon.

As 1news.az reports citing a French source, during his visit to Paris Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev conveyed Azerbaijan’s readiness to continue peace talks.

Asked about the possibility of Turkey's co-chairmanship in the OSCE Minsk Group, the source deemed it impossible over strong opposition of Armenia.

"France upholds commitment to mediation obligations. Minsk Group makes every effort to coordinate the positions," it said.
