Karen Mirzoyan appointed as Artsakh’s new Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 22, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Nagorno Karabakh Foreign Ministry to introduce the newly appointed Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan to the staff.

President Sahakyan voiced hope that Minister Mirzoyan will give new impetus to the ministry.He further thanked Vassily Atajanyan for the activity promoted as acting minister of foreign affairs.

Karen Mirzoyan headed the Neighboring Countries Department at Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
