PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will run for president in the upcoming elections, Istanbul Mayor Kadir Topbas said Sept. 24, Trend reported, citing Haber7.

As he noted, municipal elections will be held in the same year.
