  Ex-FM Oskanian supporters to rally outside parliament Oct 1 September 30, 2012 - 18:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Monday, October 1, the supporters of ex-foreign minister Vartan Oskanian will rally outside Armenia’s parliamentary building, where a debate will be held to strip Oskanian of deputy impunity. The debate was triggered over the money laundering case the Civilitas Foundation, a think-tank founded by Oskanian, was involved in. The employees of Civilitas Foundation and CivilNet online newspaper are also planning a protest rally at the parliament. Vahan Hovhannisyan voiced hope that the ruling authorities acknowledge the difficulties Armenia currently faces. Prior to the vote, RPA parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan announced the party’s decision to vote against the bill.
