Israel says unidentified drone crossed into its airspace![]() October 6, 2012 - 18:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An IDF spokesman has issued a statement that an unidentified, unpiloted aerial vehicle crossed into Israel's airspace and flew over settlements and military bases in the Negev on Saturday, Oct 6 morning, The Jerusalem Post reported. The UAV was shot down at around 10am in an open area in the northern Negev. The IDF has not yet said where the UAV came from, but Palestinian sources are reporting that the UAV was launched out of the Gaza strip.
