Armenian midfielder: we can play well against strong teams

PanARMENIAN.Net - Italy has a strong football team, Armenian forward said.

“We are training hard for the upcoming match. There’s always a chance to win and we will vie for victory,” Artur Sarkisov said.

Midfielder Edgar Manucharyan, in turn, announced his comeback after recovering from a leg injury and said he is ready to help his team.

“Italy has a strong team, but Armenia has repeatedly proved its ability to display a spectacular game against strong teams. It’s a pity, Marcos Pizzelli and Gevorg Ghazaryan will miss the match, but we must try hard to show good results without them,” the player said.

The Armenia-Italy match is scheduled for October 12 at Hrazdan stadium.
