Armenian, Greek churches to cooperate in peace preservation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Director for Inter-Church Relations at Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Bishop Hovakim Manukyan and Locum Tenens of Armenian Apostolic Church of the Diocese of Greece Khoren Arakelian held a meeting October 10 with chief secretary of the Greek Orthodox Church’s Holy Synod Bishop Gabriel.

Deepening of relations between the two churches and joint efforts to preserve peace were in the focus of the meeting.

Bishop Hovakim Manukyan and Khoren Arakelian further visited Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos, who gave high assessment to relations between the two churches.
