IAF strikes targets in Gaza in response to Palestinian rocket fire

PanARMENIAN.Net - Israeli Air Force (IAF) aircraft struck targets in the Gaza Strip overnight Tuesday, Oct 16 in response to Palestinian rocket fire, indicating that tit-for-tat attacks between Israel and Gaza-based militant groups over the weekend could be ongoing.

Planes registered direct hits on their targets and returned safely to base, the IDF Spokesman's Unit stated, according to The Jerusalem Post.
