Karen Gharayan appointed Artsakh Court of Appeal head

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 31, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Karen Gharayan head of the NKR Court of Appeal, terminating his authority as NKR Supreme Court judge, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
