Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer to leave for working visit to Estonia![]() November 6, 2012 - 17:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian delegation led by the head of the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts Mihran Poghosyan will leave for working visit to Estonia on November 7. The delegation will attend a Tallinn-hosted international conference titled EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. On November 9, the official will deliver a speech on executive process and bankruptcy. The Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts delegation was invited by the Chamber of Estonian Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan.
