November 13, 2012 - 16:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani State Commission on Prisoners of War Hostages and Missing persons has confirmed that citizen Telman Aliyev was “taken hostage” by Armenian soldiers. As commission secretary Shahin Sailov told Azerbaijan Press Agency (APA), “measures are being taken to return Telman Aliyev, with Azerbaijani representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) addressed.” As RA Defense Ministry reported earlier, Azerbaijani citizen Telman Javashiroglu Aliyev, born in 1971, infiltrated Armenia’s Tavush province 7:45 am local time, November 13.
