  Artsakh FM meets Armenia-EU Parliamentary Committee members November 24, 2012 - 16:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 24, Foreign Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan met with the members of Armenia- EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee, headed by Committee Co-Chair Samvel Farmanyan. The current stage of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement was in the focus of the discussion, with NKR Foreign Minister briefing on official Stepanakert’s stance on the problem solution. Highlighting the role of parliamentary diplomacy in the conflict settlement, Minister Mirzoyan stressed the importance of objective representation of NKR stance in international institutions. NKR deputy foreign minister Felix Khachatryan and chairman of the NKR National Assembly Committee on Foreign Relations Vahram Atanesyan attended the meeting, NKR MFA press service reported.
