  Poland to vie for co-organizing EURO- 2020 December 8, 2012 - 17:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Poland will strive to be one of the organizers of the Euro 2020 football championship, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Friday, Dec 7. According to the local media report on Thursday in Lausanne, UEFA decided that the Euro 2020 event will take place in several countries simultaneously. Tusk added that the most likely candidate was the Polish capital Warsaw. Poland co-hosted Euro 2012 with neighboring Ukraine between June 8 and July 1 this year. The event took place in four Ukrainian cities of Kiev, Lvov, Donetsk and Kharkov and four Polish cities of Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw and Poznan, Xinhua reported.
