Baku “unable” to attend CIS military events over Armenia, KarabakhDecember 11, 2012 - 20:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan won’t be able to participate in some of the CIS military cooperation events, the country’s Defense Minister said. “Azerbaijan participates in several events within the framework of the CIS, but rejects some as inexpedient,” Safar Abiyev told journalists after the 63rd meeting of the CIS Defense Ministers' Council. The Minister said Azerbaijan would attend the future events in the Defense Ministers Council format as well as others, accoridng to APA.
