At least 10 killed in Iraqi suicide bomb attack

PanARMENIAN.Net - At least ten people were killed in north Iraq on Wednesday, January 16 when a suicide bomber in a truck detonated his explosives outside a Kurdish party office in Kirkuk, security officials said, Reuters reported.

The attack came before Iraq's central government planned talks with officials from the country's autonomous Kurdistan enclave to ease tensions over disputed oilfields and areas like Kirkuk which they both claim.
