Yerevan to hold mayoral elections in May

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan will hold city council elections on May 5, to be followed by mayoral elections. The draft decision on city council elections was taken at government’s Feb 14 sitting.

Under RA law on local self-government in Yerevan, the city council consists of 65 members, elected for a four-year term.
