FM: hope Austria will recognize Armenian Genocide

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is committed to disallowing for reoccurrence of new genocides and new crimes against humanity, Foreign Minister said.

“Genocides must be recognized and condemned. Denial of genocides should not be tolerated. That is a global problem,” Edward Nalbandiansaid in interview with Austrian Press Agency.

Asked if Armenia is disappointed in Austria’s refusal to term Armenian massacres committed by Turkey as Genocide, Minister Nalbandian said, “We hope Austria, too, will recognize the Armenian Genocide.”
