Armine Babayan achieves Woman International Master norm

PanARMENIAN.Net - 22-year-old Armenia’s Armine Babayan achieved Woman International Master norm at the chess open, held in Mashhad, Iran.

About a month ago Ms Babayan achieved International Master norm in the Armenian Women’s Championship, 2013.

The player scored 7 points out of 11 and raised her ranking for 41,4 points.

Iran’s Omid Norooziwon the tournament with 10,5 points.
