Vehicle with prisoners overturns in Turkey![]() March 5, 2013 - 15:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An accident involving a vehicle transferring prisoners in Turkey wounded 28 people, including 12 convicts, on the highway between Sivas and Ankara. According to Turkish media reports, the driver lost control of the vehicle on the icy road and overturned. Two staff sergeants, one sergeant, 11 privates, 12 prisoners and two drivers were wounded. The majority of those wounded were discharged after being hospitalized, but the driver is in life-threatening condition. An investigation is underway. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
