As Richard Morningstar told a news conference, the U.S., as a part of OSCE Minsk Group, will do its best to achieve a peaceful settlement for the Karabakh issue. “The conflict is very complicated and we must intensify our efforts to resolve it. I and the U.S. co-chair of the OSCE MG will continue joint work with Azerbaijani officials to offer new ideas for the settlement of the conflict,” APA quoted the envoy as saying. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
