N. Korea warns foreigners in South to take evacuation measures

PanARMENIAN.Net - North Korea warned foreigners in South Korea to take evacuation measures on Tuesday, April 9, in case of war, in the latest escalation of warnings from Pyongyang, according to Reuters.

"We do not wish harm on foreigners in South Korea should there be a war," the state-run KCNA news agency said, citing the spokesperson for its Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee.
