Azerbaijani provocation was reported on April 10 in Armenian province of Tavush, Mr. Hovhannisyan said. “A group of not sober Azeri soldiers approached Armenian servicemen. Despite the initial warning, they continued to advance, forcing the Armenian side to open fire,” the spokesman said, adding that the responsibility for the occurred fell on the Azerbaijani side.
