The attacks, in Kirkuk, Tuz Khurmato and Samarra to the north and Nassiriya to the south as well as other towns, came days before Iraqis vote in provincial elections that are a test of political stability after U.S. troops left the country.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
