Lavrov: Moscow sees no progress in Karabakh conflict settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Moscow sees no progress in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at a joint news conference with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.

The Armenian official, however, disagreed with the statement, noting that the situation is not in a standstill.

“A new meeting of foreign minister is due in Krakov, with a high-level meeting also possible. The negotiations are ongoing; however, the poor progress is the result of non-constructive stance of Baku, which turns off every suggestion made by OSCE MG co-chairs,” RIA Novosti said, citing the Armenian Foreign Minister.
