During the reported period, prices for foodstuff (including alcoholic beverages and cigarettes) increased by 4,3%; non-foods’ prices increased by 5,2%, with 2,4% growth in tariffs for services posted. 0,1% deflation was recorded in Armenia's consumer market in April 2013 as compared with March, which is basically conditioned by 0,4% and 0,5% growth in prices for foodstuff (including alcoholic beverages and cigarettes) and non-foods respectively. 0,2% growth was also observed in tariffs for services during the reporting period. Consumer prices decreased by 1-0,3% in April 2013 compared to March in 5 Armenian cities under study, while the highest index was registered in Dilijan.
