Armenian Police passport and visa department has new chief

PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of Armenian Police Passport and Visa Department Hovhannes Kocharyan sent in his resignation, police spokesman said.

In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Armen Malkhasyan noted that Norayr Muradkhanyan will replace him on the post.
