NSC Secretary to attend international conference on drug abuse

PanARMENIAN.Net - At the invitation of the director of European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) Wolfgang Götz, Secretary of Armenian National Security Council (NSC), head of the inter-ministerial commission on fight against drug abuse and drug trafficking Arthur Baghdasaryan will depart for Lisbon.

He will participate in a REITOX week international conference on drug abuse, with representatives from 42 countries to participate in.

Armenia’s inclusion in European Information Network on Drugs and Drug Addiction (Reitox), establishment of a rehabilitation center in Armenia, as well as signing of a cooperation agreement between RA National Security Council and EMCDDA will be discussed during the meeting with Götz. Other official meetings are also on Arthur Baghdasaryan’s agenda, NSC press service reported.
