Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute chief quits after deadly incident

PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of the Military Institute after Vazgen Sargsyan Major General Martin Sargsyan has quit his post, Defense Minister spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.

The resignation followed a deadly incident where a third year student of the military institute Armen Melkumyan shot dead his classmate Sipan Movsisyan.
