  Stepanakert hosting seminar for heads of NKR communities June 12, 2013 - 13:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met attendees of the second seminar courses organized for the NKR community heads in capital Stepanakert. At the event, the NKR leader stressed the importance of seminars in organization of the activities of the republic’s communities. Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials also attended the event, the Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
