Romania to Convene Summit on Frozen Conflicts

PanARMENIAN.Net - Frozen conflicts in the Black Sea region are «a source of threat and asymmetrical risks,» Romanian FM Mikhay Razvan Ungurianu stated in Berlin before the meeting with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Ungurianu assured that in summer 2006 Romania is going to convene a summit, which will discuss the increasing threat posed by frozen conflicts in the Black Sea region, including the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.
