  Baroness Caroline Cox meets Karabakh President July 17, 2013 - 15:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Baroness Caroline Cox on Wednesday, July 17. A number of issues related to domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh and regional developments were discussed during the meeting, with President thanking Baroness for constant support shown to Artsakh.
