Spokesman: Baku always favored idea of Armenian-Azeri meetings

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku has always favored meetings with Armenian side, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev said.

“Armenian-Azerbaijani meetings can promote improvement of relations between the parties. Azerbaijan always favored such suggestions,” Abdullayev said, commenting on a French initiative to organize a meeting between representatives of the two countries’ NGOs in the framework of Karabakh settlement.
