Czech President to call early election for Oct 25-26, report says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Czech President Milos Zeman will call an early election for October 25-26 if the lower house of parliament votes to dissolve itself next Tuesday, he was quoted as saying by Halo Noviny newspaper on Friday, August 16, according to Reuters.

The lower house is expected to pass the motion on dissolution on Tuesday after Prime Minister Jiri Rusnok's cabinet failed to win a confidence vote this month.
