Armenia’s passenger traffic rises by 4.5 % in January 2016

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s passenger traffic grew by 4.5 % in January 2016, up to 140.000 travelers against the same period last year, the head of the Civil Aviation Department said in a Facebook post.

“The figure is much bigger than that of January 2014 when we had already registered an 18.5% hike,” Artyom Movsisyan noted.

In 2014, the passenger traffic surged by 20.9%, with the frequency of flights mounting by 18.5% against 2013.
