Russia cuts gas price for Armenia by $15

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian and Russian Prime Ministers on Thursday, April 7 signed an agreement to reduce the price of imported gas from $165 to $150.

Addressing reporters after the meeting, the head of Armenia’s government Hovik Abrahamyan said the impact of the latest agreement on ordinary consumers will be announced once relevant authorities consider the issue.

In mid-January, Armenia’s authorities asked their Russian counterparts to lower the price for the natural gas imported to Armenia.
