The soldier's death was later covered by opposition TV channel Meydan.tv which said Elmar Ilham oglu Memmedov (b. 1996) was killed "in Armenia's fire." According to the report, Memmedov was conscripted last year, but a photo featuring him in uniform suggests that the soldier should have been discharged from the army back in 2015.
