Elaboration of a project on construction of an oil pipeline is on the agenda, according to him. "The issue is on the agenda but it's premature to speak of its implementation. Presently we are investigating the expediency of such a project," Oskanian underscored. The operator of the gas pipeline has not been determined yet, he added. "We will refer to the issue upon completion of the Armenian part of the pipeline. It might be Gazprom or any other enterprise," he said. As to Armenia's intention to join the Transcaspian gas pipeline, the RA FM said that the decision should be made not by Azerbaijan but by the other states interested in Armenia's participation in the project.
