  Lavrov calls for clarifying further steps in Karabakh settlement July 12, 2016 - 12:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev that he intends to discuss concrete steps of settling the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Lavrov is currently on a working visit in Baku (July 11-12). “President Vladimir Putin is satisfied with the outcome of the meeting in Saint Petersburg,” Lavrov said. “I hope this meeting [to Baku and, earlier, Yerevan] will help clarify the next steps.
