PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of Crimea's territorial belonging is historically closed, President Vladimir Putin said in his speech at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, according to Russian media.

"The people of Crimea have made their choice, they have voted [in a referendum],” he said.

“The issue is historically closed, there can be no return to the previous state of affairs.”
