Turkey says its warplanes hit 15 IS targets in Syria's al Bab area

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish warplanes struck 15 targets in the al Bab area of northern Syria on Sunday, November 13 in an operation with Syrian rebels to drive Islamic State militants out of the region, the Turkish military said on Monday, according to Reuters.

Ten Islamic State defensive positions, command centers and an ammunition store were destroyed in the strikes, the army said in a statement. Nine Syrian rebels were killed during clashes in the region.

Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
