  PACE to observe Armenian presidential elections in February 2008November 26, 2007 - 12:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - November 22, in Bratislava, PACE Bureau discussed observation of forthcoming elections in CoE member states. PACE President Rene van der Linden announced the decision to observe elections in Russia on December 2, 2008, in Georgia on January 5, 2008, in Monaco on February 3, 2008 and in Armenia on February 19, 2008, the CoE communication unit reported.
