Number of Russian tourists in Armenia up by 37%

PanARMENIAN.Net - In the summer of 2017, the flow of Russian tourists into Armenia increased by 37%. The country was thus among the top 7 countries where Russian citizens spent their summer holidays, Aviasales.ru reports.

Besides Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Turkey, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria have also made it to the list of popular destinations for Russians.

Turkey is becoming increasingly popular among Russians whose flow to Georgia increased twofold in the reporting period.

It was reported earlier that 131 thousand Armenians traveled to Russia in the first quarter of 2017, up by 2% against the same period in 2016.
