U.S. dispatches large military convoy to Deir ez-Zor: report

PanARMENIAN.Net - The U.S. Coalition dispatched dozens of military trucks to the Deir ez-Zor Governorate recently, despite President Donald Trump’s announcement about withdrawing American troops from Syria.

According to a local report, the U.S. Coalition sent a massive convoy of weapons to their allies from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in rural Deir ez-Zor this past weekend.

The report noted that this was the third US military convoy sent to Syria after Trump’s withdrawal announcement.

The U.S. Coalition has been providing necessary aid to the Syrian Democratic Forces in their ongoing fight against the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) east of the Euphrates River.
