Russian Prosecutor General calls for protecting Karabakh from terroristsOctober 8, 2020 - 18:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian prosecutor general Igor Krasnov has said it is necessary to stop attempts by mercenaries and terrorists to penetrate into the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. “For 25 years, we have created mechanisms to ensure the protection of the rights of people living in the Commonwealth of Independent States, and we can't and must not not allow their (of the mechanisms - Ed.) destruction," Krasnov said, according to RIA Novosti. "Our priority task now is to protect people and ensure their right to a dignified, safe, peaceful life, including by stop any attempts to penetrate the territory of the conflict by mercenaries and terrorists, persons who profit from the illegal circulation of weapons and finance terrorist acts."
