Russian military doctors treating Karabakh residents in Stepanakert

PanARMENIAN.Net - The medical unit of the Russian Defense Ministry in Stepanakert has started receiving patients from Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.

"About 70 local residents have asked for medical assistance from the specialists of the medical unit deployed in Stepanakert," RIA Novosti cited the Defense Ministry as saying.

The Karabakh residents mainly complained of diseases related to cardiovascular and endocrine systems, as well as sought dental care.

More than 100 military medical specialists, including surgeons, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, internists and epidemiologists have arrived in Karabakh as part of the special unit.
