Information about possible deaths and other injuries among the Armenian army personnel is being clarified, the Defense Ministry added. Local battles are underway on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the situation continues to remain extremely tense, the Defense Ministry said earlier. Azerbaijan launched a new provocation in the province of Syunik on Tuesday, shelling the Armenian positions at the same time, the Defense Ministry reported earlier. The Armenian side has opened retaliatory fire to hinder the Azerbaijani military's advancement.
